Specialized compressor inverter

Inverter as the soft starter helps reduce the launching current when starting machine, which is a way to protect the compressor.
Two control system: fixed speed(contactor) and VSD. two control system can change over freely. In the case the inverter fails, the compressor can change over the fixed speed mode to keep running. This function will do great help in those factory where no standby machine is available.
Intelligent control system
Atlas Greenair's GAVSD series intelligent control system is able to conduct remote control through computer interface and achieve simultaneous control for multiple compressors.
Load and Unload inlet Valve
Patented design of inlet valve,sinking gravity sensor oil stop valve,can effectively stop the oil reverse and largely reduce the inlet obstruction loss.Integration of discharge valve, air admission valve, solenoid valve and proportional valve into an intake valve makes it install easily and quickly.
High efficient variable frequency drive
At Atlas Greenair, a highly efficient PWM variable frequency drive is used according to the EMC standards, reducing harmonic distortion and power loss to the motor.
Variable-frequency speed control system
The GAVSD series compressor uses an Atlas Copco Group Co., Ltd air end with the drive motor speed altered accurately based on compressed air demands. Under these conditions, the optimum energy efficiency and less pressure surges are achieved with the pressure surge ranging within 0.1bar, ensuring a constant voltage output.
Motor soft starter
This motor soft starter is able to achieve a variable frequency soft start without the use of a gear box, which produces no peak current when the compressor starts up, reducing mechanical pressure and ensuring a more stable operation and longer lifespan of the air compressor.
